Tar paper shack (garage was torn down) Half the wall will eventually be torn down to open up into the addition.

Foundation pouring was cancelled last week due to rain. Rescheduled for tomorrow. Reebar/reinforcement for tank area. Triangular area to the right will house the filtration room and utlity room and has drains/water plumbed in. Build is now DIY with a contractor paid by the hour to read the plans and line out/supervise my husband and son.

i know just what you mean.. my farm house was like that.. always something fun to do.. and then nothing was ever plumb... but you made it fit...:Dso what are you working on now..

Our house was built in '59 and nothing is plumb, lol! Makes leveling tanks a chore. Right now my wife is repainting almost every room in the house. I thought it looked fine but whatever makes her happy, right? :D The real pain in all this is moving aquariums away from the walls.

A few months ago we had all new windows installed. This house still had it's original drafty windows from 1959! So far it's helped a good deal with our energy bill. My next big project this spring is to put a new roof on.

i got a big project...... link in my sig ;)
