So I am trying to sell my colony of Tropheus and just stick with breeding malawi cichlids. I am looking to buy some breeder sized (or near breeder sized fish) of various species of aulonocara, cynotilapia, placidochromis, and pseudotropheus.
-Has anyone ever bred the following or does anyone even own the following?....I have ranked them in order of my desirability:)
-Ngara Flametail
-Pseudotropheus Elongatus Chailosi
-Aulonocara sp. "Stuartgranti Maleri" (Maleri Is.)--Yellow Regal
-Placidochromis "Jalo"
-Cynotilapia Afra (Jalo Reef)
- '' Cobue
- " Hara (White top)
-Pseudotropheus Kingsizei Londo
-Aulonocara Baenschi
-Aulonocara Maylandi
-Aulonocara jacob freiberg (Undu Reef)

***Need some advice, thanks guys!!!***

ok so I'll cancel the first one since everyone has them, thanks for the advice Mike. I guess I'm just wondering the difficulty of breeding these fish and what you did to successfully breed them.

None of those require more than good food and clean hard water.
3-4 females per male.

The Maleri are also pretty common around here.

I have a group of Cyno white top haras. Mine breed like rabbits. I actually have 3 females holding now. They sell pretty well too. I just sold 5 2" fish and I had a waiting list of who was willing to buy them. I only sold them for $5 each. But people seem to really like them.
They are easy to breed and the males aren't too rough with the females.

Oh yeah, the white tops are bred by a local guy as well.

i know one guy who breeds the white tops and I was thinking about buying 8 breeder sized white tops off of him....should I do it? I'm not sure if i should since another local guy breeds them...

Other people in my area breed white tops as well and I still had no problem selling mine.

I would get them. They are my favorite cyno species.
