The store where I usually get my feeders had a dragonfly nymph in their ghost shrimp tank once and I thought of buying some just to get it.

I've gotten stuff with feeders, like a madtom and occasional sunfish...seen some small Oreochromis in LFS feeder guppy tanks, along with other things

Got a baby LMB with feeders along with the occassional green sunfish, black-line minnow, tadpole, ghost shrimp, etc. Bought a bromeliad plant from Home Depot that had a tadpole in its reservoir. It matured into a tree frog.

:headbang2Outta the ballpark with that one Oddball. How long did it last and was it uncommon in the hobby?

It remained by the plant the whole year. It disappeared from the plant the following spring. But, we heard a tree frog in the jade plant hedges at the back of the property. We moved the following fall. I never looked into what species it was.

Bristleworms...with my live rock, back when I had a small sw tank. Then there was the time my friend found a knight anole on one of the palm trees at Lowes. :D Now if I'm ever there when they get a new shipment of plants I cruise along the isles very slooowly. ;)

I like the so called cold hardy palms that they bring in.
