Anyone ever keep a Hong Kong pleco?

Mine has started to come out of hiding finally.

not where im from. there are a couple known as hong kong suckerfish or watever but this one is from asia, and i would put it in warm water. mine got to about 3" and it did fine. there are better suckerfish for cold water

Common plecos or Otos are good for cold water. Common plecs can hit down to around 64F before they are in danger.

get a couple more ewurm you'll find them out more funky little dudes give them a good size powerhead with a venturia they'll liven up ..

otos are from the tropics of s. america and so i would think they'd thrive better in warmer water. planetcatfish reckons 21 - 26°C and mine are around 26 and doing fine. (though one did die yesterday leaving me with 7
