in my city we have 2 game places that you basically can trade your games in for credit. They resell the games, the more they have, the cheaper they are. The day games come out, they usually buy a few copies and those'll be 50 bucks but the rest are between 15-30 bucks but if if you bring the games back within 7 days, they'll only be a buck a day that you keep them. Saves alot of money and cheaper then renting them at blockbuster

it really depends on what game and how new it is and sometimes they have extra credit for the most wanted games. it's usually not a good deal at all unless the game is brand new. that's why i like these 2 random stores in my town (much better trade in values) We do have gamestops and gamecrazy here too though

if it goes over a month of never playing with a friend, i usually delete them. there's no point if you never play together. nothing personal, just a heads up
