anyone got MONSTER goldfish tanks?

I used to not be a fan at all of goldfish, but this past winter I saw ones that have been moved indoors for the winter, and in a tank at large sizes, they are very impressive imo.

here's a goldfish that I had a year. He grew to 8" in a year. Yes I did powerfeed him, but hey I was curious as to how big one could get in a year. Unfortunately I never got pics when he was 8" this is when he was 6". I am sure that you could grow one massive with a proper feeding schedule. I put an auto feeder on his tank he got food 2 times per day.

Large goldfish are the same price as some (imo) much more interesting other fish....

i never liked goldfish but my gf wanted to put some in a tank I made in our bedpost.
Not a monster tank, but i like it, they are big, colorful and active. And the tank is mostly for show
Here are two of them in my 200G waiting to be moved:



And in the tank, ~5feet long. Just common goldfish, dont like the other forms:

i think thos really big goldfish are koi goldfish hybrids

I got a 90 gal that is housed with-
what people call a calico goldfish-
And some bubbly head funny looking one also that is housed with a wide variety of cichlids....

I have a goldfish tank...I actually love watching it. Many various colors. They are under appreciated. Mine arent all big yet, ( biggest is 4") but they will be! I have a few cories as well and I'm adding some weather loaches as well. Moving them to a bigger tank this weekend.
