Whoa...so the way i take it these dogs are put up for adoption after being used for breeding? Does someone just defer the costs (of buying the original adult dog) by selling the pups? Continuing the cycle of unwanted pets. This makes me sick...

MmmHmm. And according to state law, it is ILLEGAL to adopt out a dog that is unaltered, so the shelter broke the law in the first place to let this ***** breed him and then resell.
She paid $75 for him, studded him out for a lot, then sold him for about 4-5 hundred.
He's been bounced around so much it's disgusting.. And he's probably not done yet.

And this is a very good piece of evidence of how many dogs can be saved by neutering ONE.
