Anyone know anything about sumps?

Seems to me like you have it all figured out then....every suggestion to repair it you keep shooting them down, like you already have the answer and your just testing us...stop being so stubborn and take it apart and see whats blocking it like everyone else has suggested...then add water to your sump, that thing is bone dry!!!!!
 
an obstruction isn't very probable in my opinion, but definitey possible, how would it get past the strainer to block the 90? how long is that overflow hose? pooling water in the hose can cause that problem, i know it reduces the flow significantly on my tank. make sure the hose has a constant slope all the way to the sump and see if that fixes the problem. i also agree with putting that "t" in, after checking for obstructions thats what i would try first.
