Anyone know what fish make a bright orange/red bubble nest?

Are apples good for fish? I know the pits contain small amounts of cyanide.

Its probably the same story as for people... the flesh is okay, the seeds are not. I have been including apple with my weekly fresh fruit fish feedings for at least a couple years and never had any issues. Not every week, but several times a year for sure. They don't seem to like it as much as other fruits, but they do eat it.
