When i left for work it was fine.. They both ate alot last night.. They are both new to me just came in yesterday and were 100% fine.. There is no decor of gravel ect.. In the tank.. The bigger one allway's seems to be on top of the smaller one the wounded one that is. Could this be aggression?
I allready added salt. Anything you know will help! Thanks Help! please

when you got him was he wounded? or did you come home to that? thats a pretty bad looking wound...keeping the water as clean as pissible helps too.

He came in 100% perfect.. And the water is more than clean at all times.. Just puzzled how this could happen? thanks for the help! :)

Maybe it freaked out and gouged the crap out of himself on a heater or filter inlet or outlet.. Or could be a bite but i've never had any of my rays do that to each other..

To me it almost looks like it got caught on something and ripped or torn backwards.

I could see all that, Do ya'll think it will heal? Or is she Done?

She should be fine if she is eating well and you keep up on your water changes.

Gluck!

is it a heater burn? that is what it looks like to me... How much salt did you add? i would do 3lbs per 100 gallons.

I added just about that much. And will add more as i change water.. I can't see a Stealth heater doing this? Unless it just stayed there for hours on end? I could be wrong though.
