You forgot the word "parents"

thats why new was in quotes
and cheap is relative.
I mean cheap compared to the $4000 my lfs wants

theres this guy selling huge tanks on craigs alot cheaper considering its size, dimensions isnt the exactly the best, but would get it if parents would let me lol

Just explain that it doesn't have to be new. You can find plenty of very nice used setups for great deals out there on the west coast.
I agree with earlier responses, You can't get new and cheap in the same sentence.
