Anyone looking for Kirin/Kilin Parrots?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
a good rule of thumb for all fh or parrot hybrid's is a tablespoon of regular (as opposed to reef mix etc.) aquarium salt per 5 gallon's of water.

I find that a light salinity like this and the use of dead coral/liverock (and regular w/c!) makes for a much more vibrant hybrid.

I am out of aquarium salt but I am using coppersafe at half strength.

Not so sure your's is gonna have much of a line Chris, how long is it?

Ok so I just re read this post and it's just so wrong on so many level's

Yes I meant the fish, that sounds promising. Looking at the body shape, pearl's and the line your describing they seem fairly kamfa in genetic make up. Which is awesome new's for me lol. Like I said, exactly what I want.

I'd like to see him after he really settles in. You'll start to see just how marked (with flower's) he might become.

Aren't kamfas typically sterile?

This is what he looked like shortly after I took him out of the bag. He did look better before I took him out of the bag.
