Anyone race cars?

I've got a tricked out 87' 911 carrera porsche with a 91' 911 turbo engine done by a guy that does all racing porsches. It's streat but it still screams in auto-x

Id like to start auto-x with my DD. Ive seen some people have good results with my, but being my DD, I really cant afford the wear right now...

Doesnt stop me from ripping up the curvy roads to and from work every day! :D
 
Going to be getting into auto-x this spring with my 08 corvette LS3 making about 525HP. Can't wait going to run some 1/4 mile also. Then add a supercharger by summer should pump out around 700-750 HP.

Nuts we've gotten to a point with technology/engineering/cars in general where bolting on a supercharger nets 750hp..
