Anyone race cars?

I'm meeting a girl for lunch today that has a 600 crotch rocket and C6 Vette. HOT! LOL

Well, she drove my Saturn, and I drove the Vette. It was a fast learn, it's easy to drive. Biggest difference I noticed is the broad powerband really gives some kick. The Saturn loses a lot of acceleration at 120, they should have made it a six speed. The Vette had no problem climbing from there, it was a real rush. I will say that handling at that speed wasn't quite as good as expected, it did float a little on bumps, but it definitely is good in the corners. I also had a feeling while driving it that other people hated me. LOL

IDK.. A chick that could possibly outdrive and outride me is kinda scary.. But any chick into cars/bikes is cool..

The greatest thing about a car designed to do that speed is it handles it well and it doesn't feel like you're going as fast as it's going. Even with a 6spd I don't think the saturn would change much though.. lol

Ahh so you have a ion redline??? Nice you need swap the pulley out for a little lighter one and get header back exhaust that should get you at least 30-50hp depending on boost. I used to get to ride in and had the pleasure of driving my friends jackson racing s/c si 02 civic. I just love the sound of a roots blower, can't beat it.

haha.. Not hating. That little car actually does alot better at higher speeds than I would have guessed. Actually that's alot better 0-60 than I would have guessed as well. Very cool.
