Might need more than that, too. :D

Scary Matt! Looks like you're back in action. We'll definitely have to meet up so you can show me this monster you built.

Well to give you an idea, I the goal of this motor was to be able to dig out of corners (low end tq) fast enough to hang with high end German and Italian cars. Instead of building more onto what I had, I stripped it to this and started over:

Today I realized the flywheel I wanted to use is still sitting on the garage floor now that the motor is back in, so I have no clue which one went in it. I've gotta swap it tomorrow.

Well its a manual and it is rear wheel drive and a huge front sway bar whatever it is....so what is it??? What are you going to drop into that engine bay it looks strangely...empty...:D:popcorn:

Wurm and I have a friendly battle going over our cars. Mine is a 2000 Roush Mustang with a V6. But the car is a little over the top. I fully built the motor, then made my own intake set up to run the Eaton M112 of the 03/04 Cobra on it. Used to be a high 500 hp /600 tq car. And with a curb weight under 30000 lbs and a great suspension under it, that thing moved. I'm going with a different set up this time getting ready for a twin screw (less boost, more air).

Wow, I commend you on your dedication to the V-6, but why not just drop the 32V Cobra motor in there, I have a friend that has borla x-pipes, high flo cats, exhaust, headers, intake, and I want to say 13lb boost pulley...he got it tuned and just by freeing up the intake and exhaust and with the pulley and tune gained over 150hp at the wheels! It is up around the 570whp mark and around 550wtq. Great build though I would love to see more pics if you can!!!

Because for the money, it's cheaper to buy and build a 600 hp V6 than it is to buy and build a 600 hp Cobra. Plus I got 30 mpg on my last trip from Minnesota to Texas, and make about 27 around town - not to mention V6 insurance....

And the best part.... the pure look of terror when people realize they got smoked by a 'girl car'.

Where's Wurm anyway? Did we scare him away already? Haha.

Here are a few more pics of it:

Not much of a battle! Your HP to weight ratio sucks at 30,000 lbs! Did you build this car with Uranium? LOL:D Just wait Matt. I only need a half a million dollars and my Saturn will beat the space shuttle in the quarter mile! I just checked my change jar and I only need a few more handfuls to get there.
