Iam also concidering giving up my 25-30 day habit, I have around 20 friend's at work who joined a STOP SMOKE Group new year and there all still smoke free, most have gone cold turkey, One did the ziban<spelling>......my sister also gave up a year ago now, she got patch's used one felt awful and dizzy, did'nt use them anymore and went cold turkey, It's the thing of actually planning a date and winding down toward's it.....
