The tank is 32" deep. Bad pictures.
All three are indo's. when looking at them, It tends to they are more "stable" when they are showing some aggression to each other. But, the two smaller ones are always stable. The larger one sits in a corner of the tank.

I am doing tests on my tank right now to see if RO affects tiger stability

I uses to run a drip into my tank with about 200 gal per day going in of FW via a HMA filter

I now have two drips going in one with 0ppm tds which is pure RO
And another drip from the HMA as before to buff the RO water and add some minerals

I have lowered the drip on both not to shock anything is both are dripping a total of 90 gal so 45 RO and 45 HMA

I with keep upping the drip over the next few weeks

Very important to buffer in some way or you will shut down your biological filter fast. No carbonates mean no way for bacteria to process waste.

How have your tigers reacted to the RO being induced?

It is an interesting question... as to whether RO affects their stability.

I doubt that RO affects stableness.
I know a member that has pure RO. Kept tigers for years now. None of his tigers are super stable.

My theory is . Some are some arnt. Some will never be. ;)

But intersted to hear more people with tigers in RO water.

I often find tiger can go stable just being near other tigers. Not necessarily fighting also a bit of displaying and chasing can make them stable OR unstable. Whatever works for some tigers I have been disprovem when the opposoite happems for another tiger. Some go black when netted out and some go stable when netted out.
Hemce I stick to my theory: Some are some arnt. Some will never be.

Did you not read how I done this

I know have 2 drips in my tank 1 with pure RO the other with HMA treated water which will buff the water gh and kh

At the moment I running a 50 50 mix so about 75 gal per day of each which will go up as its now getting warmer

I will adjust as needed but will probably more to 60 RO and 40 HMA next

So far the tigers seam a bit more Carm one is a bit more stable

We will see
