is it just me or did the guy jack the price up by ten thousand dollars overnight. Now he want forty thousand. He must think there are a lot of suckers out there.

Not only that, but before he said in the written part that he would entertain bidding starting at $25k, which I thought was funny (but I remember this 'cause I wondered how much he must have paid, for him to start the sale at $25k and it's supposed to be worth $100k, who's taking the fall for this and does he have full title for the stuff?), now it says $40k.

It will be interesting to see how much he parts it out for...anybody want a quarter mile of chopped up pvc?

I looked at that. Funny thing is he said it was used to hold PURE WATER. I wonder what the crud is that had been leaking out of that crack. And he didn't notice the CRACK??? It is bigger than the one on my butt.

Figure this out...He has roughly four hundred tanks. About 30% are ten gallon tanks~$1320.00, about 30% are 30g~ $5940.00, about 20% seem to be 20g~ $2000.00, and another 20% are 50g~ $7200.00. The large fiberglass tanks are military surplus storage cans that have been painted on the inside (take a look at the writing on the outside). There are a total of four cans. Making the large tanks is actually the storage can lid and the shallow tank is the storage can base. Skycraft here in Orlando has a slightly smaller version for $150 so I would estimate each can at $200. That adds $800 in tank value. The total value in tanks is roughly $17,260.00. Allowing ten dollars per tank drill brings it to $21260.00. For equipment, a smart person would pay $350 for a 2hp pool pump, another $200 for a storage can for a sump filter, $400 in scrubbies, $175 for UV sterilizer. That brings us to $22,385.00. Anyone want to guess on the sinks, stands, and bricks? What else did I forget?

So basically we could pull this off for about six grand if we built our own tanks...Ok Lil_Stinker we need six grand for the light saber...come-on pay up, I gota make a trip to homey depot.
