well it is fake to some degree but not really
the producers find people to bring their crap on the show
if you have something cool to show off and sell you can email the producers
kind of like the antique road show
my grandmother phoned ahead when they were in town and she got to show her stuff off on tv because it was special while I and hundreds of others stood in line to get our crap appraised
so of course they are only gonna show the cool stuff
