I understand employees not knowing everything about fish, but every LFS should know the maximum sizes of oscars, plecos, arowana, RTC and ID sharks.

In a few months of working at a LFS the only true monster fish keeper (actually a monster tank keeper) I met, had a 300 gallon tank with 12 5" koi. Yet whenever we get arowana or RTC cat in they sell like crazy. Maybe if I said that these tank busters get twice as big, only people with big enough tanks for the true adult sizes will get them
