Apple vs The FBI

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
this was not the principle, but a teacher. she left her phone on her desk to attend the hall way, student picked her phone up, went through her pics and took pictures meant for her husband for valentines day with his phone.

Teacher at fault for leaving accesses to it, student at fault for accessing property that does not belong to him.

she is suing to get her job back, and parents doing signatures for the same.

she states she was forced to resign by pressure from the school district.

I guess I stand corrected but they did refer to the woman as the school principal on our local news show.

no worries, I stand corrected all the time. No shame in that, :)

....and oftentimes so has the so called newsmedia.Hopefully the woman will be able to get some kind of retribution carried out on the juvenile.

we hope so, IMHO the kid a little ****, but on the other side I do not leave a loaded gun laying around, kids attracted to them like a magnet. esp when not one of my kids.

It's interesting that some people don't use the lock/password feature on their phones.....all of this would have been avoided if she did.

I don't. No nakedness to hide though.
Good to know you won't be treating anyone to any shots of you in the buff lol.I actually didn't use it until I lost a phone a while back and while did not not have any compromising material saved within the phone it was nerve racking to know that some mook had easy access to some of my personal business.
