Apple vs The FBI

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
even tho she has the information.

That's kind of like automatically pleading the fifth.

some what. yes, but in apples case, to do what is being asked will compromise the security of there soft ware. or more to the point an encryption key to there OS. Something they claim to not have, and to develop one would compromise there commerce. Folks world wide companies bla bla bla, want a phone that can not be broken into, this a very very large selling point.

to make one would damage there commerce. Folks stop buying becouse they now know that apple, or the FBI or who ever can get into it. not a big deal for you and me, A very big deal to companies and organisations.

I can see apples stance just fine. but in this case we talking about a world wide threat to all countries. They need to figure it out now,.

Keep in mind a Nintendo 64 can be made in home to be just as secure. this is not just about apple phones.

Haven't verified the sources in the article yet. Just ran across it on quora

again this will set a president, what happens with this will effect all devices and video game consoles.

Me I stand pat, if it warrants it, open it.

The problem for Apple is that the USA is just a fraction of its market. If it does this, it somewhat alienates its products from the global market because the USA has access to its devices. Both iPads, ipods and I phones have the iOS. They will be appeasing the authorities of one market and upsetting others. They're in a catch.

The bigger problem I see is that if Apple gives in, what stops other countries (China for example, Apples largest market) from demanding the key?
