Has anyone bought from or know "Whitejellybeans" on Aquabid? Any feedback? His one and only feedback on that site is "False advertisement; I did not buy. May get bad feedback." but it's marked as "positive"....?

Unless it is something you really want, I wouldn't deal with that seller.

I have never delt with the seller, but with that kind of feedback, it is a little bit wierd. I just wouldn't do it because there is no feedback saying that the fish/supplies were good, shipped good, etc. But this is just my opinion.

I hear you. I've been on eBay since the "Beanie Baby Craze", so I know what feedback is all about. Aquabid sellers don't get that much quantity of feedback compared to eBay, so it's hard to get a good idea from one opinion.

I would not buy anything from aquabid if I could not pay with a credit card so I was protected. 3 weeks ago I listed my 1200 gallon tank for sale on ebay, and sold it. 2 days later somebody who was interested in the tank but did not purchase it sent me an email with a link to an auction on aquabid with a copy of my ebay auction. Some @#$hole copied my auction text and pictures, and offered it for sale on aquabid as if he was the owner. When I asked the seller for more pics of the tank, the @#$hole sent me more pics of my tank in my garage. I have agreed to purchase it, and he wants me to send money "to his son in college in Indonesia via wire transfer." Imagine that! I have been messing with him for a week by email, and will post the different emails soon so everyone can get a good laugh.

The weird part is that Brian at aquabid was less than forthcoming with any information that would assist in finding the @#$hole, even though this guy was abusing his website.

I would be careful if i was you.

I sell Sharks' Teeth and Jaws on eBay and Aquabid. The best buyers/sellers are on eBay. Alot of Aquabid's members bid on an item and never pay, or sell an item and never ship. Aquabid is not the best it could be.

LOL! Let me know when you post it up, I've gotta read this. :D

Yeah aqua bid worries me because of the user agreement basicly says if you don't get the money or the fish we won't do anything too help.
