Aquaponics/tropical fish farm in Wi

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
we are planning on floating trays the green house is going to be i believe 60'x15' so there is going to be a lot of beds. around here theirs no one doing tropical fish for aquaponics. this is our first try at this if it does well were going to go a lot larger.

The idea was to sell I do have a little fish store I'm running out of my basement so I could sell them threw that.

The problem with that idea of koi is that there already is a place breeding imported koi within 50 miles of me so the market is sortof crappy for koi.

I have been thinking that but the water I'm going to use is high ph and its hard water. I'm thinking starting off with yellow labs, red zebras, blue cobalts, and frontosas. I will be adding more diversity as time goes on but I can get all thos fish for next to nothing considering I breed frontosas and all the others are cheap fish.
