How long ago was the credit card transaction / last contact?
 
Keep calling. You will eventually get through. Its not likely a scam...But I do understand your frustration. Pedro will make it right.
 
Pedro didnt make it right for me....

Pnone calls, emails, PM's...nothing..Screwed me out of $200. Pedro is the only person that I have EVER had a problem with when purchasing fish. I honestly hope he goes out of business. I'm not a negative person, but after everything I've gone through with that freakin' guy, I just feel ill towards him.

I currently, and will continue, to detur as many people as I can from doing business with him.
 
my transaction was pretty shaky too. ive heard either "very good" or "very bad"
 
I got three p's from him and it took about two weeks when they said it would take like three days. I just kept calling every day multiple times till they answered and I got taken care of. Just be annoying and persistent and you will get your fish.
 
Thanks for the heads up. Aquascapeonline will not get any of my money. People that do not do what they say should not be in business.
 
All I know is he said the L-114 was in stock. Said it would ship last wednesday. He had no promblem "mixing up the $300. That part of the transition worked fine. I left him 4 emails and how could he mix that up pretty easy to answer an e-mail. Just giving everyone a heads up. Pedro the mixed up scammer! GO TO AQUASCAPE AND GET SCAMMED!
 
I have dealt with Pedro on many occassions thru the last few years. Yes, at times he is very hard to get in touch with, or shipping delays..... but, he always comes through with some very nice fish. I have NEVER been disappointed. You have to just be a little patient, he will make sure that you are satisfied.
 
I wouldn't be satisfied if I had to wait 2 weeks for my fish, no matter how nice it is. The only way I would even be the least bit satisfied is if he sends a second fish free. All I'm saying is even if he does make it right, it's not good business. I understand at times there could be mix ups, but he should at least make his customer aware of it.
 
Sorry to hear, that sucks.
I am in no position to take sides or comment but I wish you well and that all is taken care of in the end. Hopefully it is just a mistake or a mix-up and not intentional.
