Heard good and enough bad to make me hesitant of doing business with him. My question Allan is, did you get his last one? I hope so cause it says Out of Stock when you click on the picture.:( Some of his stock and pics haven't been updated for years.
 
Update! Got the pleco today and he is an L-114 and 8 inches plus. Got him in his new tank and he is gorgeous! Finally got a hold of Pedro yesterday and he said he just had some mix ups. I just wish for $402 with shipping he could have answered the phone or an e-mail during the week. Or at least don't say it will ship the next day. I called him today to say I got the pleco and he said see I make right! I told him about the phone calls and the e-mail and he just laughed and said See you next order! He did come through but I just wish he could have made this transaction a hell of a lot smoother.

See, Pedro is a hellva a guy!! He always resolves problems.
I have gotten tons of fish from him with A+ service. Maybe the mods should trash this thread since the problem is fixed, and you came out happy. Just my opinion.

The mods definitely should not trash this thread, it informs all potential buyers of the expected delays and bad customer service when dealing with this supplier.
 
It's good that the fish eventually arrive. It's bad to promise fast shipping and not provide it. Maybe he should simply remove his promises of fast delivery, if he even made them in the first place...

Oh he certainly did make a promise of next day service. If it was 20 or 30 bucks not a big deal but that pleco cost me $300 plus $102 for shipping. And not answering the phone or e-mail for a week then laughing the whole thing off. I'd say he comesw through if you don't mind waitng and forget calling and see how your order is coming along.
