i have gotten a bunch of rays from them. Pedro is a good guy, and almost always comes through. He is very good with his live arrival policy. However he is very hard to get a hold of sometimes.
I was curious because I placed an order about a month ago and still haven't received it, and the only communication has been when I called or emailed them. I was just wondering if this is s.o.p. for them or what.
just be patient with him, he will come through, but his customer service is lacking, the same thing happened to me about 2 years ago. i ordered about 120 dollars worth of fish, it took about a month and a half to get my order.
I believe he's got an actual store. Check his sight out online and give him a call if you get worried. I am sure he's coming thru for ya'
Pedro is the man...... i had to all so wait for some time some years ago but be come thro.....so he wont let you down
I actually placed the order on their website, and have called 2 or 3 times. Each time I have been told that they would ship in the next day or two. Still hasn't happened.
