They did have a good reason at first, one of the fish they thought they were going to have in stock didn't show, it may just be me but I think they should have called me and at least let me know what was going on instead of just doing nothing and letting me wonder what was taking so long. I finally called and found out the situation and changed the order to fish they had in stock. However after 2 more phone calls they still haven't shipped. Oh well, sorry to vent. Im sure they will pull through in the end.

Seems like they should have been up front with you and informed you that that fish was not even in stock in the first place....They are not even active posters on here as they used to be but that's here nor there.I do hope you get things straightened out.

Just received an email detailing exactly what is going on, looks like they are trying to do the right thing, just lacking in the communication department.
 
I ordered an L-114 pleco from him about 1 year ago. The fish came through and was gorgeous and professinally packed. Pedro is very diificult to get a hold of and he is bad about getting back to you. But in the end he did come through and after I got the fish I was completely satisfied with him. Just the fact with shipping the pleco cost me $405 is why I was impatient with the order. Just hang in there he will come through for you.

I just got off the phone with them......shipping was quoted at "prob" $70! That is REALLY expensive. Why is it that I can get a fish the same size shipped from FL to AZ for $32 bucks from one vendor, but it is that much for them to send something?
 
I've heard great things about this company and I was going to drop some coin at that business but the lack of customer service and communication made me go else where.

I can not do business with someone that says one thing and does not follow through. I work too hard for my money.
