hmm loosely affected and i live in hicksville lol.. and while searching through the wildlife and game section I could not find legalities( I only found it on a diff site) however i did find this ninja bear

Nope they're not. In Long Island I think they are but not in the rest of NY

they are prohibited in the state of NY, i have never seen them in a petco anywhere, but there is a store in yonkers NY that always has emperors for sale.

as i said, these laws are hardly ever enforced.
