Are Burms legal in New York?

hmm loosely affected :) and i live in hicksville lol.. and while searching through the wildlife and game section I could not find legalities( I only found it on a diff site) however i did find this ninja bearbearharvest0307.jpg
 
Would a False water cobra or a mangrove snake or a rufous beaked snake be included? in the venemous thing? I need specifications DARN DEC!!

Scorpions are legal in Ny tho.. I think.. I mean they sell em in petco
 
I dont live in Long island.. and they still sell them in petco..

they are prohibited in the state of NY, i have never seen them in a petco anywhere, but there is a store in yonkers NY that always has emperors for sale.

as i said, these laws are hardly ever enforced.
