mbeatrice I dont care about not having tank mates for this fish anymore. I have 2 125g tanks I can use. So the rest of the Cichlids will have another tank to go into after a year or so, according to Freshwaterpredators Ill have to just make sure I plan ahead of them, there atitudes, and growth. And yes Freshwaterpredators Im so glad I was told to come here for help and insight.
When I first posted this question my issue was the fact I do like having some varriety of fish in a tank and is the Red Terror that much of a killer. But over time and the help of everyone on MFK. Im pretty set in my thinking the Terrors are going to have there own 125g to them selves. And if I get 2 out of 4 or 5 fry baby's to pare up. I will sale the rest or just give them to someone. My wife has never seen any creature have baby's and I think our 4 year old would love looking at a pretty monster yellow fish in the tank. When they breed, Ill just tell my daughter he is trying to give her kisses through the glass. LOL hehehe I remember my brothers Jaguire cichlids when they bread. They would thump the glass when I walked in his room. Id never put my hands in that water.
