I dont think first one is a BP either. It looks totally different from the BPs i have at home. Not round, and his mouth sorta half closes.

Some BP's end up with fully working mouths....all the way to super extreme frozen open...The colors are popping right now, but it will fade....It is 100% normal BP...The second one is still in question.

blood parrot juvies have that black color to it that they have to "fade" out of when they're young
