i think that they are bp i bought like 3 of them one time thinking they were bpxfh they all faded and turned ino reg bp lol they are still cheap anough to get them give them a month and a half and will have some nice color

Looks like an attempt at a RBK which is a parrot x synspilum. I could be wrong never know with hybrids

Pics dont show it but it definately doesnt look like a BP IMO. Doesnt have the dimple head and its mouth is fully operational. I actually wanna sell them but I dont know what to label them as. I dont want to misguide the buyer.

BPs for $8. Thats a bargain. I brought my 8 BPs for AUD$40 each at 3-4cms.
