ive sent you the pm mate so its up to you if you do something different but its worked for me and is based on what others have said they do and has worked for them.
you have done your own research but i suspect your panicking and flipping out because you have had "bad luck" in the past causing you to do things that you wouldnt normally ( like big water changes or adding something. moving things unnecessirily or even just excessive cleaning of filters ).
you have experienced premature births in the past if i remember correctly so you either have an intermittent problem or you are doing unnecessary things yourself at particular points.
just a couple of last things that might help:
what are you feeding them and how much ?
what is the ph of the tank and whats the ph of the aged water before you add it ?
