i like going to the mountains and the beach(which is closer).. i love being out and driving far. i want to go to a bunch of places. i dont usually get homesick when im up in the mountains, but when i come home i love my bed and usually fall asleep right away lol
i vote the second option

I dont dive but I have done the day certification on cruises before to go down to 35 ft. I think? I would like to get my dive liscence one day as I love to snorkel in the bahama's. Have you ever been to the abaco's or the cayman islands, if not its cheap easy to get to but undiscovered by the masses. We chartered a 42 ft. Trawler me and my dad for 7 days in the abaco's that was the closest to a slice of heaven on earth I have ever been to.

And I took this name from the character off of the Adam Sandler movie "Big Daddy" that gets his adopted kid to finally take a bath lol!;)

D'oh! I should have caught the ScubaSteve reference. He was a G.I. Joe - type doll, right?

You SHOULD be certified! I love snorkeling (my wife prefers it to scuba) but you should seriously consider diving, you go to all the right places for it!

ANYBODY that likes to travel and likes to MFK should look into Scuba Certification - It opens up a whole new world, full of MONSTER FISH. :)

I know I should, is just a matter of time. Registering for new classes, student loans, realtors, breaking down tanks, moving tanks, moving furniture, I don't know if I'll even get a vacation this year:nilly:! Ah, but we are taking a fishing trip to the Outer Banks this year since we only live 3 and a half hours a way. I love snorkeling too, but I just think its so cool to be able to breathe underwater and watch fish in their natural enviroment untouched. It is something I will definately look into more!

My wife and I love snorkeling, too. We have been to 7 Caribean islands, now, and are going back in the fall. Barbados was my favorite. There we saw turtles, puffers bigger than a basketball (unpuffed), lots of reef fish, got chased around by some tarpon bigger than us...Lots of fun!
