Argentine "big head" brassy dorado

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Most likely got spooked and ran into a tank side and damaged it's spine. Seen it happen to gars and tigerfish but usually Dorado are nimble swimmers.

I doubt that... The bent ness isn't where it is in gars and atf it's by its tail... Therefore not by running into the glass I'll get some pics or a vid

Little update moved him back to a tank with less flow. U can see his tail is a little bent. He still is playing nice unless I drop in food and he doesn't get enough he'll chase around someone but other than that he is playing nice. Also his tail is still red hasn't changed back to yellow yet in this tank.

Lol u can barely notice it on Robert. This guy swims funny. Eats like a pig too but doesn't beg for food like my old dorado... My old guy was kept alone when growing out though. I just wish he was more interactive but honestly he's playing nice that's all I can really ask for though

What's that in pic #1 in upper right corner?

First time import of opsariichthys sp. scientists haven't even given it a name yet from the one and only Wesley Wong. Got him at 2 inches now he's 4.5. Hits food harder and faster than pbass or dorado by far.ImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1428508929.021657.jpgImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1428509241.850508.jpgImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1428509296.591587.jpg
