Sorry your one bad experience reflects an entire chain of pet stores. Your speaking about a really broad range of locations and setups. Some are better than others with the petsmart hating. Still to this day the worst pet shops I have witnessed were certain small chains. But once again this doesn't mean they are all bad it just depends .... Not all are the same is what I am trying to say.

BTW he is doing much better just ate some silversides. he is now roaming the tank still kind of pissed off. Once I realized it was mood swings he makes me laugh its like watching eyore sometimes
