Are u crazy? First of all, dont feed ur aro feeders at all. They carry diseases

Like i said, starve ur aro three days before trip and then a nice water change right before u leave for the trip and dont feed or have any1 feed ur aro till u come back.

Aro can go a long time with eating. The whole point is to keep ur water clean. If u have some babysitter take care of ur fish, they will over feed ur fish and ur water will become dirty m eventually kill ur fish

Its okay. Rookie mistake! Lol

Does ur country have a lot of a lot of electricity outages ? If so, get a sponge filter for ur tank, and then get a good battery airpump. So when theres no electricity, just plug that sponge filter to ur battery air pump.

Sponge filters over time will have some nice good bacteria in them

Rot, tight fitting top does not mean no oxygen for your tank. Lack of surface agitator will be the cause if your electricity goes out.

In that case, depends on your tank load, they may last several hours or a few days. Again, the reason you lost your previous aros is not lack of oxygen, it was because you put them in an not cycled tank.
