I dont know how to tell the differences between the two diff sp, but I do know my supplier specificly told me that these are armatus and rare. Not the common scombs you usually see. So I took his word and bought a batch from him. We have 6 left. Let me know if you guys are interested in the remainders, thanks John

Well I am taking snookin word thats why I ordered them Just sucks cuz it is hard to tell when they are so small.
Snookin How big exactly are they? Do they swim more Horizontal or slanted at a sharp slope head down?

They are 2 1/2" 3 1/2", some are swimming in a slight slant, some are swimming straight, and some are swimming in a a real slant with their head down. I have the tank of the different sp that I sent you pics of, those all sit normal. The tank of armatus are sitting straight and in slants, all are eating like champs but now you guys have me wondering what they are
