Armatus moved to the big tank.

he looks great, awesome set up

Thanks. I am thinking about moving him to the 520 with the big vittatus, rtg and rays as I want to put the mahseers back into the 450. The only problem is the Armatus would like to eat them and I had to pull them out once already as a ray killed one and the other appeared damaged from the Armatus by looking at the injuries. Just trying to figure out what may happen putting the armatus with the rtg and vittatus and how to move him without stressing him too much as he is doing so good.

Any other dithers with the VATF and RTG?

Just rays and an FRT. I have lots of growout fish but not big enough for the rays, army, vittatus or rtg. I have 2-7" odoes that will get chomped by the army or vittatus so I can't move them. I have 3 golden mahseers at 7",8' and 9" and a 6" Taiwanese mahseer but the rays already killed one mahseer so I had to move them back to the growout tank. The army has grown so fast and the vittatus is at least 15" so I am afraid if the rays don't get the mahseers the army and vatf will. So that's why I wanted to put the army with the vatf and then the odoe's should be able to go into the 450 as they stay near the top and out of the way of the rays. The golden mahseer should be able to go back too as the rays left them alone as they are bigger then the Taiwanese.

I have 4-6" redhook but the rays already tried to eat them so they are still growing out. I am also growing out a albino adonis,11 fasciatus and a goonch. Fasciatus will probably never be big enough so I put them up for sale.

Careful with the army, even if it can eat mahseer, it may gouge them because they are smaller. There wasn't any aggression with aro?

Thanks,he looks to be around the 15" to 18" mark and has already taken out the eye on a big blue hook wide bar so I had to move them just the other day. Kind of sucks as all I can have him with is a 30" black arowana and some rays. He already tried to eat a 9" golden mahseer so looks like my tank mates are limited. He is growing like a weed so I imagine it won't get any better for other fish joining him.
