What were the tankmates the curu killed? I believe that black wolves can be kept with large , robust fish that dwell at the mid or top of the tank. I've seen people keep aros, datnoids, payaras, ATFs etc with curus.
it depends on the wolfs tempriment if its been kept singular then it will pretty much destroy anything that will go in with it mine attacks everything from the dog walking past to flies landing on the glass . You know ur fish best
