The shell is great for the arow, but i would remove the sharp part of the tail and the sharp head parts. Just in case... dont want anything bad to happen and then regret later
Yep, shell on his higher in vitamins and has most of the carotene of the shrimp on it. Shell on actually does more benefit, plus it doesnt have any sharp parts on it.
