Aro finally arrived from Hong Kong

Well, the long wait is over, my Silver From HK arrived. He was captive bred and tank raised. He's about 6", nice body color, very light. He ate immediately and was quite jumpy, I made some more blackwater with Almond Tree leaves and he calmed right down. I paid $50 for him.

There were 2 more with him, both had a "bend" in the middle of their bodies, they look and mine acts like it has been severely overcrowded, he doesn't know what to do with his freedom! I looked closely and there was no d.e. in any of them.

Yeah-it's been a bit of a wait, I don't see any pink polka dots, although the body coloration is nice though. I have him in darkwater right now, should be getting a camera wihin a week or two for pics, bear with me!

My elephant nose is being territorial, he was so aggressive towards the aro I had to move him, The Aro is good tempered but I don't expect him to put up with that! So the elephant nose may have to go...
 
You paid US$50 for the fish alone or including transport? A 3inch silver cost only S$18 in Singapore, not too sure of the transport though. Well maybe next time you could consider getting it from here instead. I could send it over to you.
