Aro Food ?

Does anyone use the Hai Feng aro food? Whats better, Hai Feng or Hikari? Also, what other brands work good for health and coloring?

You got to be more specific. Some Hai Feng's pellets specialises in colour enchancing, however I dont think alot of people use it for arowanas as arowanas prefer to eat Hikari foodsticks. Both are quality pellets. Hai Feng is more for blood parrots type fishes.

Hikari, Arows will also eat shrimp and crill...

i think hikari. but i personally like hai feng for my cichlids, it is a lot more affordable.

Thanks, I'll stick to the Hikari pellets for my aro. The Hai Feng fish food I seen was in a red can which looked like the Futian Freeze Dried shrimp can. The Hai Feng can did have a picture of an arowana on it. Thanks again for the input

I would definitely use Hikari foodsticks, Aros love them and they can help to enhance the Arowana's colour.

^ not 100% true, aros do not love them.
given a choice of live food like a SW or a cricket, and a pellet an aro would take the live fodd every time.

Unless it knew nothing other than pellets, which would be unhralthy for your aro.

I use hikari on my silver and he will not take anything else, not even feeders.
