U can tell he's stressed if his tail is downward.. meaning he's swimming with a lazy tail... Means hes EXTREMELY stressed.... Give it time he will come around...

Also.. if there are several Oscar in the area... most likely THAT will stress him out.. try giving him some room.. if u can't move the oscars.. then.. well.. give it time... Try crickets first.. or blood worms.. and move on to Bine Shrimp later on... arowana sticks takes time... because they dont look like live food..... by introducing bine shrimp.... u'll help the arowana take a liking to Arowana sticks.. they smell just like shrimp.... Good luck!;)

PS: OSCAR SUCK! my two oscar compete with my Arowana for food.. most of the time the oscars win.. I'm forced to either feed the oscar til they are full or feed arowana at night... :(

Two days?
If your water isn't polluted by food left in or un-cycled water then leave it alone.Do NOT offer it food so quick, and if you do, don't be disappointed that it doesn't eat!
Keep your water perfect and don't spook it/leave it be.

He's saying the arowana has only been in there for 2 days. Just give it some time.

yea how long is it now 3-4 days?
