The reason he looks nasty is because they are feeding him feeder goldfish, I personally try to get my fish of feeders as soon as I can and I get them on any type of shrimp

Most of the time restaurants don't know how to properly take care of fish, especially silver arowanas.
They just want it for the looks but don't care for its well-being.

It's a real shame. But i have to say it's better than seeing some places keeping a silver aro, 9 parrot fish, and 3 plecos in a 30 Gal.
