Nice Pic. Love the Aro's when they are small. I saw a Huge Golden Aro the other day. About 20", The owner had it in a tall 40Gal (or so). I was Horrified as it just swam in circles.

Hmmmm....... one Aro is fine and the other is..........ALL BEATEN UP!!!!
You have another tank? I'd try separating them I bet in his own tank. I bet his fins go back to normal. It not uncommon for aros not get along together.

I can see white edges on the frayed fins indicating finrot. Antibiotics may help but water changes are always a better solution. Check your water parameters.ANIMALHOUSE;2122785; said:

Use that extra 30gal see what happens. And no it would not be your plastic plants. I've had plastic plants with my aro for a long time.
