  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Wait !!!!!!!!! before you quit give me all your tanks and fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D, my personal opinion though for real is its just a bunch of BS

i don't know man. in the past i had kept silver and jardini, they grew big and healthy and i sold them to switch to black aro. since i switch to black aro last year, i had 1 died this year in January, then another one died in March. now i am trying again with a third black aro at the moment. just keep trying until your pocket is empty. they are way too beautiful to give up on. anyone who owns one knows the addiction of arowana!

Since I was a little kid, Arowanas have always been around me. My friends mom had a very rare asian aro in california. I believe it was red of some sort being the most desirable arowana for business at the time. She even had a *Feng Shui (spelling?) master come to postion the aro tank for the most luck and fortune. Her business was thriving. They Moved near the beach, yatti, yatti, yatta. Everything was great.

However, the Chi Master warned her that if this aro ever dies (I did not hear anything bad about her future tanks rumor), then a very bad omen would come after. 5-6 or so years past and everything was great. Then, I am not sure how it died but the red asian died. She had a divorce. The business' had a rough time. Her son, my good friend got stuck to heavy drugs. Still a crackhead unfortunatly. This could be a result of the luck with and without an arowana. Or this could just be results of life being rough with its ups and downs. You be the judge.

I am a superstitous person so my judgement will go towards the bad luck that came after. I have not had an arowana ever before and I feel I know enough about the aquarium hobby to house them correctly with the proper water parameters. But I'm still hesitate cause of the luck that follows. My wife says I am crazy since she is not superstitous and wants me to have one in the near future. we'll see.
