Arowana having difficulty breathing

I bought new silver arowana 2 days back. He is not breathing properly he open and close his mouth. Also he have white spot on his eye.
Please help me.

There are many things that can cause difficult breathing but water quality is most common

For better response start a new thread of your own, some people have already read this one and might not come back to read it again and wont see your request

Give a little more info, how big is the tank, how long has the tank been running for ( has the tank cycled properly) and a picture of the aro, the eye, gills would also help
