Would appreciate some input on my above post. Pimafix worth a shot?

thnx

IDK if pimafix will do anything for internals. Has it eaten at all since throwing up?

No it hasn't eaten since it threw up.

The epsom salt treatment seems to have done nothing.
Tried it already...

Anyone else recommend prazipro treatment? If that didn't fix him up then atleast it would eliminate the internal parasite question...

Even if I do decide to treat I am going to let the tank sit dark for a couple days. We've had some obsurd weather here in the past week, the power went out twice for 2-4 hours each... I lost a couple fish to it. However he did refuse to eat prior to any power outage.

Thanks for the additional input!

If his swimming behavior is any clue to the status of his recovery then it isn't going well at all. I don't expect him to live for more then another day or two... :(

sorry i have no real help and the people who were helping you got banned all i can say is keep your water pristine ans hope for the best.

He's floating vertical heads up... he did secrete yellow stringy stuff, confirmation on bacterial infection?
I think I am going to put him out of it... poor fella :(

13" is the final measure, tail to snout. I will miss him.

Unfortunately this marks the end for me and aro keeping for a long time. I've had terrible luck with them and to me, seem far to fragile and problem prone(atleast with silvers). This was my 5th one. Considering more gar or completely redoing the tank since I did lose my "center piece."

That won't kill fish.

Did you ever get any garlic guard?

There are so many meds for internal parisites.......Did you try any?

What are you planning on doing with all those fish?
