Arowana Tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
a 5x2.5 wont be enough for any full grown arowana.

in my opinion a 5 by 2.5 would be suitable for a jardini for most of its life but needs to be the only fish in the tank really the width is more important for jardinis and silver/blacks. But if its a silver or blue i say 6 ft long atleast with a 2.5 ft width dimension will last a long time for any aro as long as you dont overfeed and only have aro in there with no other other topwater fish. just my opinion and i wouldnt consider it cruel as long as you get him a 250+ when he grows to over 24"

I would look into getting at least a 180 gallon to 360 depending on the size aro and time u plan to house it for....
